Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR professional to independently manage HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, building efficient HR processes, and supporting the organisation's growth.
This is a key role for someone who can take end-to-end ownership of HR, establish structured processes and SOPs, and eventually contribute to building and managing a larger HR team.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle bulk/volume hiring based on business requirements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations & Documentation
- Prepare and manage offer letters, freelancer agreements, appointment letters, and other employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance records and coordinate salary-related documentation, including salary slips.
- Ensure proper documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Handle employee communication and address day-to-day HR-related concerns.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with employees and management.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and workplace issues professionally.
HR Processes, Policies & SOPs
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend improvements.
- Establish structured systems for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, documentation, and employee management.
- Ensure HR processes are organised, consistent, and scalable as the organisation grows.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with various teams, including Photographers, Editors, Customer Support, Back Office, and other operational teams.
- Understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring as per business needs.
- Support managers and team leads with HR-related requirements.
Team Building & HR Growth
- Take ownership of building a strong HR function within the organisation.
- Eventually support the hiring, training, and management of a larger HR team.
- Establish measurable HR processes and systems to support future business expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong experience in both HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and volume hiring.
- Strong knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in developing HR processes, policies, and SOPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and people-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of HR functions.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR documentation.

Compensation
CTC: Up to ₹4.2 LPA
