Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs, estimate quantities from drawings, and monitor progress against estimates.
- Conduct site visits to verify quantity takeoffs and prepare rate analysis reports.
- Develop cost plans, track costs during construction, and analyze variances between estimated and actual costs.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on Quantity Surveying matters to clients.
