We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Incharge. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, executing engineering layouts (Civil/Electrical), handling site labour, and ensuring the smooth completion of ground-mounted solar projects. You will report directly to the Project Head.
Key Responsibilities:
· Site Execution: Execute solar structural erection, module mounting, inverter installation, and DC/AC cabling according to drawings.
· Material Management: Manage unloading, verification, inventory tracking, and safe storage of solar equipment on-site.
· Labour Management: Allocate daily tasks to contractors, technicians, and local laborers to maintain project timelines.
· Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and material reconciliation sheets to the Project Head.
· Safety & Quality: Strictly enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines on-site to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Education: Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
· Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Solar EPC site work.
· Skills: Strong understanding of DC/AC solar wiring, structural alignment, and labour handling.
· Travel: Must be willing to travel and stay at various remote project locations as required.
