Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Software Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in software or IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Identify client requirements and propose suitable IT software and digital solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Software Sales or IT Services Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling custom software, web development, mobile applications, SaaS, cloud solutions, or digital transformation services.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT services.
