We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista for our Gelato outlet in Kolkata.The ideal candidate must have knowledge in making coffee, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other café equipment.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstation.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of beverages.
- Support other café operations whenever required.
Criteria:
- 1 or 2 years of experience on this relevant field.
- Fluency in English & Hindi will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of coffee & Ice -cream preparation and café operations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
