About the Role
We are looking for a Site Engineer to handle the finishing work at our Gurgaon project. The structure is complete and finishing work has started. We need someone who can stay on site, manage the finishing work, and coordinate with our architect.
What You'll Do
- Supervise day-to-day finishing work on site: electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, tiles and stone, painting and fit-out
- Read working drawings and get the work done on site as per drawing
- Coordinate with the architect for site queries and approvals
- Manage labour and contractors, check material requirement, and keep the work moving on schedule
- Check quality of work and get the snags corrected
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- 4-5 years experience working with an architect, developer, or builder on site
- Should be able to read working drawings
- Has supervised and delivered finishing work earlier (tiles, false ceiling, plumbing, electrical, painting etc.)
- Ready to stay on site and handle the work hands-on
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
