Position Description:
Seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern frontend frameworks to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The role involves technical leadership, solution design, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and frontend technologies.
- Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of microservices-based solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
- Drive application performance, scalability, and security improvements.
- Support CI/CD processes, deployments, and production issue resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimations, and technical planning.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in Java 8/11/17 and core Java concepts (Collections, Multithreading, Streams, Exception Handling).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful API development.
- Proficiency in Microservices Architecture and API integration.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA ORM frameworks.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Knowledge of build and dependency management tools such as Maven or Gradle.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in unit testing and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Understanding of design patterns and domain-driven design (DDD).
- Experience working in enterprise-scale distributed systems.
- Exposure to performance tuning and application optimization techniques.
