Job Summary:
We are hiring a Non Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical and academic roles in the K12 Language Lab segment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and closing positions such as Field Engineers, Technical Support Executives, Trainers, and Implementation Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Screen candidates for technical and communication skills
- Coordinate with operations and project teams for hiring needs
- Manage job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and candidate pipeline
- Ensure timely closures and maintain recruitment MIS
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
