· System Operation: Start up, regulate, and shut down boilers and auxiliary equipment according to standard procedures.
· Monitoring: Continuously check system gauges, meters, and controls to maintain correct pressure, temperature, and water levels.
· Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct routine inspections, identify system malfunctions, and perform preventive maintenance.
· Water Chemistry: Test boiler feed water (TDS, pH, and hardness) and add necessary chemicals to prevent corrosion and scaling.
· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, timely logs of fuel consumption, meter readings, and water test results.
