Growth & Performance Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and build scalable growth channels for a new learning business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, lead generation, digital growth, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage lead generation across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Optimize cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and conversion metrics.
- Develop referral and partnership programs.
- Work closely with Sales teams to improve lead quality.
- Analyze campaign performance and growth opportunities.
- Build sustainable acquisition channels through content, SEO, and community initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in EdTech, D2C, education, or consumer internet businesses.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnel optimization.
- Experience managing acquisition budgets and growth metrics.
- Data-driven decision-making ability.
