Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and drive a team of real estate sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand client outreach in residential and commercial real estate.
* Manage customer relationships, conduct site visits, and close deals efficiently.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, property availability, and pricing.
* Monitor team performance, provide regular training, and maintain sales pipelines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Proven sales experience in the **Real Estate sector** (prior leadership/team handling experience preferred for Team Head and Team Leader roles).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Target-driven mindset with strong leadership abilities.
* Knowledge of property markets in Noida and NCR regions is an added advantage.
