Business Development Manager (BDM) – Kannur

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive admissions, revenue growth, and team performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing counsellors, building strategic partnerships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key BDM responsibilities typically include lead generation, client relationship management, sales strategy execution, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive admissions and revenue growth for the branch.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of academic counsellors and sales teams.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate new leads through partnerships, referrals, events, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, training centers, and corporate clients.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective lead management and conversion through CRM.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or EdTech.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
