Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the recruitment process for Admission Counselor positions at Hike Education. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of positions.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Eligibility
Graduation in Human Resources (HR) or a related field is mandatory.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
