Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Guest Relations Executive at a restaurant/bar. The Guest Relations Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, handling reservations and inquiries, coordinating with the service team, managing feedback, and creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brand's ethos.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure outstanding experiences for all guests
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally
- Proven ability to handle Receptionist Duties such as managing reservations and welcoming guests
- Knowledge of Sales techniques to promote restaurant offerings and enhance customer engagement
- Prior experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or bar industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for hospitality
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
