Job Summary
CGT Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth for our recruitment and staffing services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing recruitment mandates across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, references, and other business development activities.
- Schedule meetings with HR Managers, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closure of requirements.
- Follow up with clients regarding open positions and recruitment progress.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.

Qualification
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
