Job Title: Senior Travel Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Travel Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and booking exceptional travel experiences for clients — from luxury getaways to complex multi-destination itineraries — while delivering world-class customer service.
- VFS appointment, all EUappointments and application expert.
- Meet with clients (in person, phone, or virtually) to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
- Research and recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, flights, tours, and activities
- Create detailed, customized itineraries tailored to each client
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, excursions, and travel packages using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and local guides
- Manage visa requirements, travel insurance, and documentation for clients
Serve as the primary point of contact before, during, and after travel
- Handle changes, cancellations, and on-trip emergencies promptly
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
- 3+ years of experience as a Travel Advisor or Travel Agent
- Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, airlines, and hospitality brands
