Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service support.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and post-sales services.
Client Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
- Assist in resolving customer issues related to product quality, returns, or delays.
Database & Reporting
- Maintain and update customer records, purchase history, and communication details in CRM software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Track customer interactions and maintain proper documentation.
Sales & Business Support
- Support the sales team in customer retention and repeat business activities.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, and loyalty programs.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for customer outreach and brand communication.
Operational Coordination
- Ensure proper follow-up on pending orders and customer requirements.
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with high-value clients and business partners.
- Support management in achieving customer service and sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales coordination preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software and ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer-centric approach with strong follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
