Position: Admission Counselor
Salary: 16000 to 25000 (+ Incentives)
Location: Oxford Software Institute, Rajouri Garden
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process and help them choose the right career-oriented programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and institute offerings.
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, online inquiries, and follow-ups professionally.
- Assist students through the admission process, documentation, and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and student interactions.
- Achieve admission targets through effective communication and relationship building.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admissions.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive institute experience for students.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counseling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or education is preferred.
- Manage CRM and record keeping
