About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager who can independently manage all Human Resource functions while developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the textile industry and possess excellent people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
- Create employee handbooks, SOPs, and organizational policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Build employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of HR experience.
- Textile industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to create and implement HR systems and processes independently.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
