Position : Technical Support Intern

- Provide technical support through calls, email, and chat
- Visit client locations in Mumbai and outstation when required for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, networking devices, servers, and GPU systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain proper documentation of client queries and resolutions
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technical solutions
- Ensure timely responses and maintain professional communication with clients at all times
- This role involves approximately 50%–80% travel within Mumbai and occasionally outside Maharashtra.
- Candidates should be comfortable visiting client locations for deployments, installations, troubleshooting, training, client meetings, and issue resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, servers, and GPU systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Willingness to travel for client support
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
Pay: ₹9,000.00 per month
