Role Overview
We are hiring a Technical Educational Counselor to guide students in choosing the right IT courses and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on IT courses (SAP, Data Analytics, Cloud, java, python etc.)
- Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
- Understand candidate needs and suggest suitable programs
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve targets
- Maintain follow-ups and manage CRM data
- Coordinate with training team for batch planning
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Interest or basic knowledge in IT field
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
Qualifications
Experience
- 0–10 years in Education Counseling / Sales / EdTech
