The Stores Executive is responsible for the efficient management of raw materials, consumables, tools, components, and finished goods in accordance with company procedures and aerospace industry standards. The role ensures accurate inventory records, material traceability, timely material availability for production, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders, delivery challans, and inspection reports.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and traceability of aerospace materials and components.
- Store materials according to prescribed storage conditions, including environmental and shelf-life requirements where applicable.
- Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock verification and cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed where applicable.
- Manage batch numbers, serial numbers, and lot traceability for aerospace components.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Handle rejected, quarantined, and non-conforming materials in accordance with quality procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping standards following 5S principles.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock aging reports, and KPI dashboards.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by providing required documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in stores or warehouse operations, preferably in aerospace, aviation, defense, or precision manufacturing.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Knowledge
- Aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100).
- Material traceability requirements.
- FIFO, FEFO, and inventory control techniques.
- Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.

- ESD handling procedures (where applicable).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
