Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer closure across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Source and attract candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, referrals, networking, and other talent acquisition channels.
- Execute proactive headhunting strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for niche and critical positions.
- Draft, optimize, and publish compelling job descriptions aligned with hiring requirements and market trends.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role fit, skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interview processes between candidates and stakeholders while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, including feedback, offer discussions, and pre-joining engagement.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, talent pipelines, and recruitment trackers within hiring systems.
- Ensure smooth offer rollout, documentation, and candidate handover through onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and future hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics including sourcing effectiveness, turnaround time (TAT), offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring conversion rates.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across industries.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Collect and consolidate interview feedback.
- Drive candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
- Track sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, and closure ratios.
- Provide weekly hiring updates and market intelligence.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
