This is a 100% performance-based, commission-driven role with no earning limits. The more local businesses you successfully onboard onto our paid subscription platform, the more you earn!
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Identify and map potential local businesses and service providers in your assigned area (including hardware shops, clothing stores, salons, clinics, hospitals, etc.).
- Merchant Onboarding: Visit stores in person, pitch the benefits of our paid subscription platform to owners, and successfully convince them to enroll.
- Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with local store owners, address their queries, and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain a record of daily store visits, follow-ups, and successful conversions, and share updates with the team lead.
