Eligibility
- DMLT / BMLT / Certified Phlebotomy Technician
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Freshers may apply (exceptional candidates only)
- Good communication and patient handling skills
- Knowledge of sample collection and pre-analytical procedures
- Willingness to travel for home sample collection (if required)
Key Responsibilities
- Venous and capillary blood sample collection
- Home sample collection
- Proper patient identification and labeling of specimens
- Safe handling, storage, and transportation of samples
- Maintain infection control and biomedical waste protocols
- Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely processing
- Maintain collection records and documentation
- Ensure excellent patient care and professionalism
Skills Required
- Excellent venipuncture skills
- Patient-friendly attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and punctuality
- Knowledge of NABL quality practices is an added advantage
