Job Summary
The BCA Faculty is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in computer science and information technology subjects, mentoring students, conducting practical laboratory sessions, and contributing to academic development. The faculty member should possess strong technical expertise, effective teaching skills, and a passion for student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate BCA courses through lectures, tutorials, and practical lab sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical classes in programming, databases, networking, and other computer application subjects.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, presentations, and assignments.
- Mentor students in academic projects, internships, and career development.
- Maintain attendance records, internal assessment marks, and academic documentation.
- Participate in curriculum development and syllabus revisions.
- Organize workshops, seminars, coding competitions, hackathons, and technical events.
- Support placement activities by providing technical and aptitude training.
- Guide students in final-year projects and research activities.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic audits, accreditation activities, and institutional committees.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into teaching practices.

Qualifications

- Relevant teaching or industry experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
