Site Supervisor (Facility Maintenance)
** **Location:** Jamnagar, Gujarat (Reliance Site)
**Schedule:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Requires **8:00 AM departure** for transit to meet strict client punch-in timelines)
Ahmedabad Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a disciplined **Site Supervisor** to manage high-end building maintenance operations at the Reliance site. This role requires a strong leader to manage a multi-skilled workforce, coordinate directly with the client, and ensure seamless on-site administrative execution.
### **Key Responsibilities
** * **Team Leadership:Supervise a maintenance crew including carpenters, masons, plumbers, helpers, a safety officer, and a dedicated staff driver.
* **Client Relations:Serve as the main point of contact for the client, addressing requests and ensuring premium work quality. *
**Documentation & Logistics:** Manage all site paperwork and material logs (including assisting/training new drivers with material entry when needed). *
**Strict Punctuality Management:** Ensure the entire team departs at 8:00 AM sharp to punch in before 9:00 AM, avoiding strict automated client salary deductions for lateness.
### **Requirements** *
3+ years of experience in civil construction or facility maintenance supervision.
* Proven experience managing labor teams and handling corporate client coordination.
* Strong administrative tracking skills and absolute dedication to punctuality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
