- Provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care in patients' homes.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Perform wound dressing, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and other basic nursing procedures.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and document all care provided.
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home care techniques.
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and emergency care protocols at all times.
- Coordinate with physicians, registered nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain patient privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and comply with all healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,939.68 per month
