Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Manage onboarding documentation for new hires.
- Maintain digital and physical employee records.
- Plan and execute internal employee engagement activities.
- Handle general employee queries regarding office policies.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of core HR functions and labor laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
