About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Executive to support the end-to-end onboarding process for healthcare professionals across Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all candidates meet compliance requirements, complete onboarding documentation, and are fully cleared to commence work with clients in line with Australian healthcare regulations and company standards. Effective onboarding plays a critical role in employee retention, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Allied Health Professionals.
- Collect, verify, and maintain all onboarding documentation.
- Conduct compliance checks including:
- Police Checks
- Working With Children Checks (WWCC) where applicable
- AHPRA Registration verification
- Vaccination and immunisation records
- Qualification and certification verification
- Right-to-work documentation
- Reference checks
- Ensure all candidate files are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions and provide candidates with information regarding company policies, procedures, and client requirements.
- Liaise with Compliance, Payroll, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Track onboarding progress and proactively follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM, ATS, and internal systems.
- Support candidates throughout the onboarding journey and act as their primary point of contact.
- Ensure compliance with Australian healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements. Healthcare onboarding commonly requires verification of registrations, qualifications, health screening, and mandatory compliance documentation.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency.
- Generate onboarding reports and provide updates to management.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, recruitment administration, compliance, or healthcare staffing.
- Knowledge of Australian healthcare compliance requirements is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ATS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: From ₹28,500.00 per month
