Job Description:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Recruiters, ensuring peak team performance.

Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding

Engage and interact primarily with professionals in the United States.

Analyze job requirements from top-tier direct clients, including Alcon, Boehringer, Boeing, Merck, Organon, Novartis, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Seqirus, and more.

Utilize diverse recruitment channels, including referrals, job boards, and social media

Conduct interviews and assessments with candidates and coordinate with the US-based Account Managers.

The role is a blend of inside sales and marketing,with a strong focus on talent acquisition.

Highly motivated, driven, hungry for success, needs minimum supervision.

Loves interaction with strangers, especially foreigners.

Enjoys work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Willingness to work in the Evening Shift:

March – November: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday - Friday) & November – March (Daylight Saving): 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday - Friday).
