We are looking for a Site Head – Sales who can drive revenue, manage a closing team, and run site-level operations end-to-end.
This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, improving conversions, managing channel partners, and ensuring smooth site operations.
- Drive site-level revenue targets and closures
- Monitor pipeline: leads site visits bookings
- Guide team on negotiation and deal closure
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers / Executives
- Set targets, track performance, and improve conversions
- Train team on product, pitching, and closing
- Manage day-to-day site functioning
- Ensure proper use of CRM and reporting systems
- Maintain discipline, process adherence, and performance tracking
- Build and maintain strong broker / CP network
- Drive site visits and business through channel partners
- Ensure regular engagement and activation of brokers
- Work with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Provide inputs on:
- Pricing
- Competition
- Customer feedback
- Track:
- Sales numbers
- Conversion ratios
- Team performance
- Share regular MIS with management
- 6–15 years of experience in real estate sales (closing role mandatory)
- Min 1 year is mandatory - Strong experience in team handling and site management
