What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with new prospects - understand their needs, answer questions, schedule demos
- Deliver live product demos to potential customers (with support from team)
- Follow up with prospects after demos - send emails, make calls, move deals forward
- Support existing customers - answer service-related questions via email/chat
- Follow up on outstanding payments - send reminders, confirm receipts
What We're Looking For:
- Fresh out of college or 0-1 year experience
- Strong communication skills (clear, professional, friendly)
- Comfortable with email, calls, and video meetings
- Ability to work independently and organize your own day
- Willing to learn about data analytics (we'll train you)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Gmail)
- Attention to detail + reliability (you'll own follow-ups)
What You'll Get:
- Base salary: ₹2.4 LPA
- Performance bonus (based on demos conducted + follow-ups completed)
- Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (core office hours, some flexibility for customer calls)
- Training on our products + customer success best practices
- Direct mentorship from leadership
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
