Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers at our premium terracotta tile showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, and follow up on enquiries to convert them into sales.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and explain product specifications.
- Follow up with customers to close sales.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and management regarding product availability and deliveries.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and products are displayed professionally.
- Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, and homeowners visiting the showroom.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (building materials/interiors preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; Tally/CRM knowledge is an advantage).
- Fluency in Malayalam and English. Tamil or Hindi is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve sales targets
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
