Will be responsible for planning, scheduling and supervising the fabrication and finishing operations of the company encompassing total supervision and hands-on involvement in the following functions:
- Production planning and work scheduling for all factory and contract staff and workers
- Adherence of production to details in drawings
- Ensuring dimensional accuracy and high quality of workmanship on all production work
- Ensuring proper fabrication and assembly procedures and SOPs are followed
- Keep management updated on production progress, and report and resolve problems faced swiftly
- Maintain worker and factory working protocols
- Inspecting materials received and approving/rejecting before fabrication activity starts
- Ensure all finishing and painting operations are following SOPs
- Estimate and order packing materials
- Schedule packing and dispatch
- Draft and submit reports such a GRNs, QA/QC, PDI, PRFs, ECRs, DCs, Stock Reports, Packing Lists, etc.
- Coordinate with office staff for all of the above as and when needed
- Demonstrate strong leadership and schedule training when needed
- Maintain all production equipment in proper operating condition with a preventive maintenance plan
- Estimate demand and request consumables as needed
- Schedule and supervise housekeeping on the plant premises
- Implementation of standard safety procedures
In addition to handling the supervision of production he must be able to track attention to quality in the workmanship and finishing of all equipment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
