We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Email, etc.)
● Plan and manage paid campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
● Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, etc.)Digital Marketing
● Lead social media advertising and retargeting campaigns
● Perform keyword research, optimize landing pages, and manage content strategy for SEO
● Manage email marketing workflows, A/B testing, and performance tracking
● Collaborate with the design, content, and tech teams to ensure brand consistency
● Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
● 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles
● Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics
● Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and content strategy
● Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.)
● Excellent communication and project management abilities
● Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and email campaign tools
● Strong analytical, reporting, communication skills, and data-driven thinking
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
● Candidates with a background in Business School will be considered a strong advantage
Preferred:
● Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
● Experience in B2B/B2C funnels
● Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus
