Job Summary:
VsnapU is looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Executive Assistant to the Founder. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative and operational support, act as a key point of coordination, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the founder’s schedule and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
- Handle official communication, including emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the Founder
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and documents as required
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and leadership information
- Assist in planning meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution
- Handle administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Founder
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be based in Raipur
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and coordination ability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
