Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager (Field)

About the Company Marvello Origin Works Limited is a fast-growing retail and manufacturing-driven organization working with in-house brands and strategic manufacturing partnerships across India. We focus on building scalable product ecosystems through strong vendor networks and on-ground execution. Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager (Field) to lead strategic partnerships and drive high-value business closures. This role demands strong industry exposure, leadership capability, and the ability to independently manage and close large-scale manufacturer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential manufacturers and strategic partners
Drive end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Secure Manufacturer’s Letter of Intent (LOI) and convert into high-value commercial transactions
Develop and execute territory-wise expansion strategies
Mentor and guide Business Development Manager to improve conversion performance Maintain strong relationships with key partners for long-term business growth
Provide regular insights, reports, and forecasts to management
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and execution Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred)
7–10 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (mandatory)
Proven track record of closing high-value deals and partnerships
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Compensation Structure
Salary Range: ₹8,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum (CTC)
The first month compensation is performance-linked, where payout will be processed upon achieving a minimum of one successful commercial transaction in the form of a confirmed Manufacturer’s LOI
Post initial performance milestone, salary will be processed in regular monthly cycles (1st to 5th of each month)
