Experience Required:
- Have a proven track record of working with integrations via the Microsoft platform, such as Logic Apps and Service Bus.
- Experience in D365F&O(finance module) is must.
- Have an overall 12+ years of experience with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience working with integrations, preferably related to D365F&O or other ERP applications.
- Have excellent analytical skills and a technical understanding of how various applications interact.
- Be service-minded and potentially have experience from a similar support function.
- Enjoy structure and following the governance.
- Be data-driven and factual in decision-making.
- Keep calm under pressure.
- Take pride in their work and deliver the best possible service to stakeholders in the organisation.
- Have experience with agile projects or being part of cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Have a strong English proficiency, both in writing and verbally.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Technical support and troubleshooting regarding integrations and customisations
- Assisting IT and Business when integration issues occur
- Support with monitoring, including escalation of bugs to Development Teams
- Identify areas where monitoring should be established
- Design proposals for improvements on integrations by identifying or experiencing recurring issues or bugs
- Analysis of data and technical support to Business BA’s
- Establish and assist in maintaining documentation
- Participate in ERP go-lives, hypercare, and ad hoc projects as well as post-implementation support
Pay: ₹2,100,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
