- Site Management: Oversee daily activities, including carpentry, painting, and electrical work to ensure adherence to plans and schedules.
- Coordination: Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers; coordinate material deliveries and inventory.
- Quality Control & Safety: Inspect work for quality standards and enforce strict safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, site-specific).
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, AutoCAD drawings, and design specifications.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of site progress, attendance, and resolve on-site conflicts.
