Summary:
As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves supporting the development and refinement of the data platform architecture, ensuring that all components align with the overall blueprint. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration across various systems and data models. The position demands continuous engagement in design discussions and coordination efforts to uphold the integrity and efficiency of the data platform infrastructure.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data platform components with organizational goals.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data platform issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document design decisions and integration processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management.
- Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of data integration methods and tools to facilitate seamless data flow.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and their application in complex environments.
- Ability to monitor and maintain database performance and security.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to data platform challenges.
