LeadBillion is engineering India's premium real estate ecosystem, and we require a highly disciplined Inventory Executive to act as the sole gatekeeper of our digital property assets. In this role, you will manage the complete lifecycle of our residential and commercial listings, ensuring absolute data precision across our portals. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for disorganized or outdated data; your ability to maintain a flawless, real-time database directly dictates the efficiency and success of our entire exclusive broker network.
- Platform Management: Maintain and continuously update the live status, pricing, and exact specifications of all real estate inventory on the EstateBetter portal with uncompromising accuracy.
- Asset Verification: Execute strict due diligence on all incoming property listings, verifying floor plans, builder credentials, and RERA compliance before authorizing them for publication.
- Database Auditing: Monitor the digital lifecycle of listed assets, aggressively auditing the platform to instantly remove dead, sold, or unverified inventory.
- Intelligence Sourcing: Liaise directly with developer sales teams and internal operations to source exclusive project updates and secure advance listing data before market release.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
