Job Description
- We are looking for a Sales Executive who can handle leads, call clients, understand requirements, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into customers.
- The candidate should have experience or interest in working with a software company, SaaS company, fintech company, IT services company, or event industry.
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for client communication, lead follow-ups, CRM updates, meeting/demo/site visit scheduling, and supporting closures.
- The role requires good communication skills, confidence, follow-up discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Call assigned leads and explain company services professionally.
- Understand client requirements and collect complete information.
- Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, or meetings.
- Update lead status, remarks, next follow-up date, and client response in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up, meeting, and conversion reports.
- Book client meetings, demos, consultations, site visits, or venue tours as per company process.
- Share complete client details with the Team Leader or Sales Manager.
- Handle basic client queries and explain services clearly.
- Follow up with interested clients until the lead is converted, lost, or moved to future pipeline.
- Coordinate with Team Leader for hot leads, serious clients, and closure support.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
- Avoid false commitments, wrong information, or misleading promises.
- Attend daily team meetings and share work updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper reporting.
Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have good communication skills and confidence in client handling.
- Candidate should have worked in or should be willing to work in a software company, SaaS company, fintech company, IT services company, or event management company.
- Candidate should be comfortable with calling, follow-ups, WhatsApp communication, and CRM updates.
- Candidate should be target-oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn.
- Candidate should be able to understand client needs and explain services clearly.
- Candidate should have a professional attitude and good follow-up habit.
- Experience in software sales, event sales, telecalling, business development, client servicing, or customer support will be preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, client servicing, or customer support.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and confidence can also apply.
- Experience in software, SaaS, fintech, IT services, event management, corporate events, hospitality, or service-based sales will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and email is preferred.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant skills can apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
