Job Title: Performance Marketer Expert
Location: Noida Expressway, Sector 142 (EON) – On-Site
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Job Summary: We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize our paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google. If you love tracking metrics, optimizing ROAS, and scaling high-quality lead generation campaigns, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities: Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Focus heavily on high-quality lead generation, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, hooks, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, track KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS), and scale winning ads.
- Collaborate with the graphic design and content teams to brainstorm high-converting ad visuals.
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports for internal and client reviews.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing and paid media.
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and pixel tracking setup.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of custom audiences, lookalikes, and funnel building.
