- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and HR documentation.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Maintain and verify attendance, leave records, and overtime details before payroll processing.
- Calculate salary components, deductions, professional tax, and other statutory deductions.
- Operate and manage payroll processing through HRM Thread Payroll Software.
- Ensure accurate data entry and employee records in the HRMS system.
- Support in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, etc.).
- Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint for presentations and reporting.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
