About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Infopark, Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
