We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Follow up with departments on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidential documents, records, and business files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries when required.
- Draft letters, emails, and official documents.
- Assist in organizing business meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain daily work schedules and ensure effective time management.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and business associates professionally.
- Perform other administrative and executive tasks assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Executive is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and organizational skills may also apply.

- Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
