Experience: 1-2 Years (Experience in the Textile Manufacturing industry will be preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, statutory compliance support, performance management, employee relations, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth HR processes while supporting organizational growth and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and worker positions.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and maintain recruitment records.
- Conduct joining formalities, documentation, induction, and orientation programs.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employment-related documents.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Assist in payroll data preparation and monthly attendance verification.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues promptly.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and grievance handling.
- Promote a healthy and positive work culture.
Performance Management & Training
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.
- Track employee development and skill enhancement initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain statutory records and support audits related to HR compliance.
- Coordinate with external consultants for statutory compliance as required.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR reports, manpower reports, recruitment status, attrition reports, and attendance summaries.
- Maintain HR dashboards and support management with HR analytics.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
