Job Summary
We are looking for a senior plant operations leader to independently manage an AAC blocks manufacturing plant. The role requires strong hands-on experience in production, maintenance, quality, manpower handling, and shop-floor leadership. The ideal candidate should have worked in AAC blocks, cement products, fly ash blocks, precast, or similar continuous-process manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end plant operations including batching, mixing, casting, cutting, autoclaving, segregation, packing, dispatch coordination, and maintenance planning.
Drive daily and monthly production targets with focus on quality, uptime, low rejection, and cost control.
Manage Production, Maintenance, Electrical, Quality/Lab, Boiler, Store, Dispatch, Safety, and Housekeeping teams.
Monitor raw material consumption, process control, plant performance, and recurring production issues.
Conduct daily review meetings, assign responsibilities, and ensure discipline and accountability across the plant.
Work closely with management on spares, manpower, capex, and expansion planning.
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
12–18 years of overall manufacturing plant experience.
5–8 years of relevant experience in AAC blocks / cement products / autoclaved products / bricks / precast / building material manufacturing.
Minimum 3 years in a plant leadership role preferred.
Strong knowledge of plant operations, process control, preventive maintenance, quality systems, manpower handling, and reporting.
Candidates from AAC, fly ash bricks, precast concrete, RCC pipes, dry mortar, cement, ceramics, refractory, or gypsum board industries are preferred.
Preferred Profile
Hands-on, floor-oriented leader with strong problem-solving ability.
Should be ready to handle breakdowns, quality issues, and critical shifts personally.
Knowledge of TPM, Lean, 5S, ERP/MIS, and boiler/autoclave systems will be an advantage.
Local language comfort in Marathi/Hindi and willingness to relocate near the plant location.
Compensation
₹12–24 LPA, based on experience and capability, plus performance-linked incentives.
