Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Media Intern to assist in creating engaging content across our social media platforms while managing day-to-day client interactions at our store in Chennai. This is an on-site role only—remote applications will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Interact with clients at the store, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Handle digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email newsletters, and online promotions
- Assist with photography/videography of products and store displays
- Collaborate with the design team to highlight the latest projects and trends
- Work on marketing reports and track engagement analytics
Requirements:
- Passion for digital media, social media trends, and interior design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, including customer handling at the store
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or any basic photo editing software is a plus
- Fluency in English and Tamil is required
- Must be based in Chennai (No remote applications will be accepted)
